Our central office is in Glenboro, the heart of rural Manitoba, with team members scattered throughout the southern portion of the province. That’s why we make sure that we are always in contact, and the entire team meets each week to collaborate and share ideas, and ensure that our customers and their projects benefit from the best of our team as a whole.

Part-time Office Manager

Are you passionate about problem-solving, learning, and providing a quality customer experience? Do you possess a natural instinct for organization and team coordination, and want to be part of shaping the future of a dynamic and growing team?

We are in need of a part-time Office Manager, to help manage all corporate spaces, coordinate office-related tasks, as well as provide marketing support for our entire team across various projects.

Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

  • Property and space rentals/management

  • Coordinating building improvement-related tasks

  • Managing the availability of meeting rooms and material resources

  • Organizing team/company events from ideation to execution (in tandem with other admin staff)

  • Ensuring frequent supply checks and purchases

  • Performing general office duties, such as filing, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work as needed

  • Preparing, editing, and proofreading reports, memos, letters, notices, presentations, and other documents

  • Assist Operations Manager and other staff as required

  • Front end coverage

  • Assisting in marketing activities and editing sales and marketing materials, which include articles, presentations, etc.

  • Develop media packs and handouts for conferences and trade shows

  • Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required

  • Coordinate activities of Admin Assistants and building/maintenance staff


The perfect candidate:

  • Is a people person who enjoys building relationships, possessing a high degree of empathy and excellent listening skills

  • Has completed a college diploma, or has equivalent experience in office/team management

  • Has a minimum of five (5) years proven working experience in a field that has a focus on office/team coordination and problem solving

  • Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Is exceptionally organized and skilled in managing and prioritizing self-directed tasks

  • Has a high level of computer literacy and a willingness to learn

  • Is adaptable and willing to jump in to solve various problems, to ensure the highest standard of efficiency surrounding office and administrative tasks
